Job Title: Finance Supervisor

Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• ·Develop and manage budgets and forecasts in collaboration with departmental heads.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial statutory requirements (e.g., VAT, PAYE, and income tax).
• Oversee internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations and record keeping.
• Implement internal control systems and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and train accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting leadership roles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary

• N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
