Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our finance team in a reputable financial institution, successful candidate will.

• Manage and reconcile financial transactions and accounts
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
