Job Title: Fleet Operations Supervisor

Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and dispatched as scheduled.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles to minimize downtime.
• Monitor driver performance, route efficiency, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, including documentation and licensing.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction.
• Handle emergency situations and breakdowns with appropriate solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse operations or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to warehousing.
