Eris Creative Studio is a creative photography and content studio in Lagos, designed for photographers, brands, creators, and creatives. We provide thoughtfully designed spaces, professional equipment, and a flexible environment for bringing creative ideas to life.

• Welcome customers and Visitors
• Responds promptly to calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media enquires.
• Schedule photography sessions and studio rentals.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients.
• Process invoices, receipts and bookings.
• Maintain client records and databases.
• Delivers exceptional customer services before, during and after every bookings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must live in Yaba or it’s environs
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficency in Microsoft office and Google Workspace.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service is preferred.
• Experience using social media and whatsapp business.
