Job Summary

  • We are looking for a smart, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Social Media Officer.
  • The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while also supporting the company’s online presence through engaging digital content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain front desk records and administrative documents
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Manage the company’s social media pages
  • Create and post engaging content to promote company services
  • Respond to online inquiries and comments
  • Support general administrative tasks within the office


Requirements

  • An OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Ability to create simple digital content
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
