Job Description

  • We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our guests.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, handle reservations, and support smooth front desk operations.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • Manage reservations and room assignments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and professional
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel reservation systems)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
