As the Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Maintain visitor logs, schedules, and basic office records
Support administrative tasks including documentation and filing
Coordinate internal communication and assist management when required
Requirements
Minimum of OND qualification
1 - 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
