Job Summary:

Our client, a prestigious Med Spa offering world-class aesthetics and wellness treatments is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Victoria Island, Lagos

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, professional, and seamless experience while managing appointments and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the spa.


Work Schedule: 9 am - 8 pm (Sundays: 2 pm - 8pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a premium customer experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage appointments, client scheduling, and enquiries efficiently (in person, by phone, by email, and on WhatsApp).
  • Process client payments accurately, handle cash, and maintain organized records.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional front desk and reception area.
  • Coordinate with therapists, aestheticians, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle client concerns courteously and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Uphold brand standards, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or beauty/spa industry role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury spa environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must reside in or around Victoria Island for easy commute.
