Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk/Sales Representative who can create an excellent first impression while converting customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, welcoming, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to attend to customers and respond to enquiries effectively.
• Strong ability to follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Passionate about sales and confident in closing deals.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
