Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role (front desk or reservations)


Schedule: 8:00am–6:00pm, 6 days a week

Job Summary

Manages reservation activities, ensures accuracy, supports guest communication, and coordinates room availability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation inquiries, confirmations, and modifications.
  • Document all bookings accurately.
  • Communicate promptly with guests on rates and availability.
  • Coordinate room readiness with front office and housekeeping.
  • Resolve and escalate reservation issues as needed.
  • Prepare reservation reports and occupancy forecasts.
  • Maintain high service standards.
