Job Summary
The FX Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities across international money transfers, cross-border payments, FX transactions, and stablecoin liquidity services. The role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship management skills, and the ability to drive growth within regulated financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new partners including fintechs, banks, payment service providers, remittance companies, and digital asset platforms
- Develop revenue-generating partnerships across remittance, cross-border payments, FX, and stablecoin liquidity markets
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of partners in collaboration with compliance and operations teams
- Drive transaction volume growth across remittance corridors and FX routes
- Promote stablecoin liquidity solutions to payment companies and trading platforms
- Develop customized solutions for high-volume clients and institutional partners
- Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify new corridors, markets, and product opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support product expansion strategies across Africa, Europe, and other target regions
Job Requirements
- BSc/HND in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3–6 years experience in fintech, payments, remittance, FX, or crypto/digital asset businesses
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX markets, and digital assets
Solid Knowledge of:
- International money transfer operations
- Cross-border payment rails
- FX trading and settlement
- Stablecoins and digital asset liquidity
- Familiarity with MSB, IMTO, PSP, or VASP regulatory frameworks
