Description

• We are scaling astate-of-the-art Solar Experience Center in Abuja, backed by a direct authorized dealership with a leading global manufacturer.
• We are seeking a dynamic, highly competent, and commercially driven General Manager to take full operational and strategic control of the business.
• You will not just be managing a showroom; you will be driving B2B sales, leading competitive bidding processes for public/private sector contracts, and commanding a dedicated technical installation team.

The Ideal Candidate

• A graduate of Electrical Engineering (or a closely related technical discipline).
• Possesses solid, hands-on experience in the solar and renewable energy sector.
• A strategic thinker with a sharp business acumen and a passion for scaling a business.
• Highly trainable, vast, and capable of absorbing advanced technical training from our international manufacturing partners.
• An excellent communicator who can pitch a complex solar integration to a CEO and subsequently break down the technical execution to the installation team.

Remuneration

Highly Attractive Base Salary (N3,600,000 - N6,000,000 annually) + Uncapped Sales Incentives.
