• Jobmagnet Nigeria Limited is recruiting a General Manager – Operations for a reputable Real Estate Property Development and Consultancy firm in Lagos.
• The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects in line with strategic and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
• Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead and manage departmental heads and project teams.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Estate Management, Project Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in operations within real estate, construction, or consultancy.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
