Job Summary

• The General Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned department, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and adherence to quality standards.
• The role involves supervising staff, resolving guest concerns, and supporting management in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the activities of staff in the assigned unit (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food & beverage).
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in work areas.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve skills and service delivery.
• Assist in staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift planning to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels of supplies, request replenishment, and ensure proper usage.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience.
