We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Growth & Marketing Manager


Locations: Ilorin, Kwara and Awka, Anambra

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • We’re currently operating in Awka and expanding to Ilorin and we need someone to help us scale fast.
  • We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who can drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for both drivers and riders.
  • You’ll lead strategy and execution for all marketing and growth initiatives across both online and offline channels.
  • The role is hands-on, experimental, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

User Growth:

  • Develop and run acquisition campaigns (online & offline)
  • Design and execute referral, promo, and incentive programs
  • Grow active driver and rider base in Awka and Ilorin

Performance Marketing:

  • Run ads across Facebook, Google, and other platforms
  • Monitor cost-per-download, install-to-ride conversion, etc.
  • Track and improve paid campaign ROI

Offline/Field Strategy:

  • Coordinate street teams, campus activations, and rider/driver outreach
  • Manage POS materials (flyers, shirts, banners, etc.)
  • Create scripts and pitches for foot soldiers and field reps

Retention & Engagement:

  • Launch driver/rider engagement strategies (SMS, WhatsApp, email)
  • Work with dev team to optimize onboarding flows
  • Reduce churn through loyalty or incentive programs

Data & Analytics:

  • Track KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, daily active users, etc.
  • Run A/B tests on pricing, features, and messages
  • Report results and insights weekly to the founder

Success Metrics

Your success will be measured by:

  • Growth in active drivers and riders
  • Number of completed trips per week
  • Cost per acquisition and retention rate
  • Execution of marketing campaigns on budget and on time.

Who You Are

  • You think in numbers, funnels, and feedback loops
  • You’ve worked in early-stage startups or launched something yourself
  • You’re creative but also data-obsessed
  • You’re comfortable leading both digital campaigns and on-ground activations
  • You’re passionate about building Nigerian-grown solutions

Bonus if You Have:

  • Experience in mobility, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Worked with small budgets and still drove real growth
  • Basic design or video editing skills for content
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics.

Salary

N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
