Job Title: Head Chef / Sous Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training (preferred).
• 3 years proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food costing.
• Ability to innovate and adapt dishes for virtual/online restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.

Salary

N350,000 monthly.
