Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly competent and commercially aware Head of Finance to lead the financial management of our real estate business.
• The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, drive cost control, and provide management with accurate, timely financial insight to support business growth and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day financial operations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs, dashboards, and variance reports for executive review.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and fund allocation across active development projects and operations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and mid-year financial reviews across all business units.
• Provide financial modelling, investment appraisals, and cost-benefit analyses for projects.
• Oversee statutory filings.
• Partner with the operations and sales teams.

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience with at least 3 years in a senior finance management role.
• Professional qualification is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP platforms) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. An MBA is an advantage.

Salary

N450,000 / month.
