The team behind the firm have been involved in various transactions ranging from Issuance of bonds, raising equity capital, mergers and acquisition, restructuring to project advisory services.


Job Purpose

To lead and manage the Bank's Human Resources and Administration functions by driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, policy compliance, and workplace administration to support the achievement of business objectives. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR and people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and succession planning.
  • Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, welfare, and recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
  • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, and support services.
  • Provide HR reports, workforce analytics, and strategic advice to Management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI.
  • MCP certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, labour law, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
