Job Description

• Making key architectural and technical decisions that directly shape the user experience.
• Leading end-to-end development cycles — from ideation and planning to hands-on deployment.
• Designing systems that are both scalable and adaptable to various market-specific needs.
• Collaborating closely with Product and Design to ship intuitive, high-impact features for our customers
• Tackling complex financial workflows using clean, maintainable, and scalable engineering solutions.
• Mentoring other engineers and contributing to a culture of high technical standards and continuous learning.
• Enhancing our infrastructure to reliably process millions of daily transactions with top-tier performance.
• Optimizing CI/CD pipelines and internal tools for speed, reliability, and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
• You have 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• You have 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
• You have 3+ years of experience working in Fintech.
• You have 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of how cross-functional tech teams collaborate to build scalable systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with a solid grasp of object-oriented design principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience being a part of building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers;
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations;
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, create technical designs, and specifications.
