Job Description

• We are seeking a driven, confident and results-oriented HMO / Business Development Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt.
• We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and other potential partners while actively driving patient and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HMOs, corporate organisations and insurance providers
• Identify and secure new HMO partnerships and corporate healthcare accounts
• Manage existing HMO relationships and ensure smooth communication
• Drive corporate and HMO patient referrals to the clinic
• Follow up on leads, proposals, contracts and partnership opportunities
• Represent the clinic professionally during meetings and business engagements
• Monitor business development activities and provide regular reports
• Identify new opportunities for revenue and patient growth

Requirements

• HMO, healthcare business development, sales or related experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO/healthcare landscape
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet set business development targets
• Candidates with existing HMO/corporate healthcare contacts will be an advantage

Remuneration

• Benchmark Salary: N250,000 Monthly
• Additional performance-based incentives/commission may apply.
