A leading luxury hospitality brand in Lagos is recruiting a Procurement Officer (Housekeeping) to manage sourcing of cleaning supplies, guest room amenities, linen, and operational consumables.


Role Overview

The ideal candidate will ensure consistent availability of high-quality housekeeping supplies that align with the brand’s luxury standards while maintaining cost efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure housekeeping supplies, linen, guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, and consumables.
  • Maintain relationships with trusted vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Ensure quality standards align with luxury hospitality expectations.
  • Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Track usage patterns and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure all products meet safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and compliance processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ procurement experience in hospitality or facility management.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and cost-control skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
