Job Summary

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR database.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Manage grievance procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Plan employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Administer payroll inputs and ensure accuracy.
  • Manage leave records and attendance tracking.
  • Oversee benefits administration (health insurance, pensions, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise administrative staff (receptionist, office assistant, drivers, etc.).
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain corporate records and official documentation.
  • Prepare administrative and HR reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 – 7 years of HR and administrative experience (adjust based on level).
  • Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is compulsory.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing administrative operations.
  • Asaba residents preferred
  • Above 35 years.

Salary

N400,000 - N500,000 monthly (Negotiable).
