Job Summary

The HR Admin Officer supports the effective administration of human resource processes and records across the employee lifecycle. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with internal policies and labour regulations, and smooth coordination of HR activities, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
  • Support recruitment activities, including vacancy postings, CV collation, interview scheduling, and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, attendance tracking, and basic HR reporting.
  • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and registers in line with internal controls.
  • Handle routine HR correspondence and respond to employee inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the HR function.
