As the HR Manager, you will manage core people operations and partner with business leaders to improve employee performance, engagement, and workplace culture.
You will coordinate performance reviews, employee relations, talent development, HR compliance, onboarding, and retention initiatives for a growing workforce.
Responsibilities
Coordinate performance reviews, development plans, career-management processes, and employee-engagement programmes
Support managers in addressing performance gaps, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and employee-development needs
Analyze workforce data and provide practical recommendations on engagement, performance, turnover, and people risks
Ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labour laws, company policies, and established employee-relations procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; CIPM certification is an advantage
2–5 years of experience covering HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations Experience working in a fintech, technology, startup, or other fast-paced organization is an advantage
Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters professionally
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, data interpretation, problem-solving, and execution skills.
