Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with labour laws and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Manage employee payroll and benefits programs.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and development planning.
  • Sustain a productive organisational culture, including engaging with teams and clients to achieve high performance.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for both in-house staff and external clients.
  • Provide guidance on HR issues to management and staff.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and support audits.
  • Handle employee exit processes, including offboarding and exit interviews


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years (post NYSC) of relevant HR experience (preferably in the Tech sector).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage.
