Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to support and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR administration.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of Nigerian labor laws, and the ability to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance management systems.
  • Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staff training, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant workforce insights.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance procedures when required.
