Job Title: Human Resource (HR) Manager

Job Summary

• Staff Line Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company to fill the position of an experienced and proactive HR Manager.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources operations, ensuring strategic alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Handle talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Manage performance appraisal systems and staff development plans
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
