Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Daggo Africa in Abuja.
• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• They will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
• Employee Relations and Policy Implementation experience
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the ecommerce or digital marketing industry is a plus.
