Crestructure is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, employee records, performance tracking and HR operations.

✨ Requirements:

* BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration or related field

* 2–3 years’ HR experience

* Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR policies

* Strong communication, organisation & interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR software/ERP is an advantage

* High level of confidentiality and professionalism
