Responsibility

  Recruitment & Selection:

• Identify staffing needs and prepare  job descriptions.
• Advertise vacancies and screen applications.
• Conduct or coordinate interviews and selection processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Employee Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and employee conduct.
• Handle employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
• Support positive relationships between management and employees.

Performance Management:

• Coordinate staff appraisals and performance reviews.
• Monitor employee performance and productivity.
• Identify training and development needs.
• Work with management on performance improvement plans where necessary.

HR Policies & Compliance:

• Jobs in NigeriaDevelop, implement, and enforce company HR policies.
