Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will support the HR department in implementing policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Handle employee relations and promptly address staff concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with performance management processes.
• Provide HR reports to management as required.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job ads across platforms.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
