Job Description

• Volume  Recruitment: Handle mass hiring for frontline staff, sales reps, merchandisers, and supply chain workers alongside technical or campus talent.
• Industrial & Employee Relations: Manage factory unions, contract labor compliance, disciplinary procedures, and grievance redressal under local labor laws.
• Performance & Incentives: Track field force productivity and implement sales-linked incentive structures or performance appraisals.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage attendance, coordinate payroll inputs, and ensure statutory compliance (such as pension, HMO, and labor acts).

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
