Job Description

• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management.
• Facilitate staff training, development, and welfare programs.
• Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
• Assist in policy development and implementation.
• Support HR projects and general administrative duties.
