Job Title: Human Resources and Operational Manager

Location: Festac, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

The qualified candidate MUST be:

• A graduate of Human Resources Management or Business Administration with CIPM membership.
• Have at least 3 years previous experience in a Real Estates organisation, or a firm with similar structures.
• Experienced in team building as well as policy development and implementation.
• Be living around locations not too far from Festac, Lagos.
• Be an excellent team player with a strong vision for personal and collective growth.

Remuneration

Salary for the position: N250,000 (can be negotiated upwards based on what the candidate is coming with.)
