  • We are seeking a dedicated and professional Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage and support the hotel’s human resource functions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented to support the hotel’s operational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate staff training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information such as attendance and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and hotel policies.
  • Promote a positive work culture and support staff engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management on workforce planning and improvements.
