Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage daily human resources operations within our manufacturing facility.
• The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, compliance, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support payroll preparation and staff welfare activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
