Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet ongoing hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
  • Conduct background checks and reference verifications for shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Provide general HR support to employees and assist in day-to-day HR operations.


Requirements

  • BSc/HND in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3 years of relevant HR experience in a structured environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR/recruitment tools (ATS is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
  • CIPM certification is an added advantage.
