Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage leave records, disciplinary documentation, and exit processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO or senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate office operations, including vendor liaison and procurement support.
