Key Responsibilities
- Review, design, and streamline HR processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR functions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations activities.
- Manage HR data, records, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and institutional policies.
- Identify process gaps and recommend innovative solutions for improvement.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for management decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or any related field.
- A Master’s Degree or professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, process improvement, or similar roles.
- Proven knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational policy implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly (depending on experience and qualifications).
