Job Brief

  • We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.


Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and set up meetings
  • Serve as a reminder for work commitments and deliverables.
  • Support with research especially around CEO’s personal branding and business interests.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.


Requirements / Required skills

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
