Job Title: In-Store Sales Representative 

Location: Okota, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Workdays: ⁠ Monday- Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (10am - 7pm)

Job Summary

• We are currently looking for In-Store Sales Representatives for a luxury perfume brand at Okota, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales of company products
• Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain their various features and benefits
• Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service
• Process customer orders
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Offer a solution to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
• Encourage referrals from customers
• Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management.

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND qualification in a relevant field
• 1 - 3 years’ experience as a sales representative in a fashion/perfume business
• Experience in Customer service is desirable
• Computer literate
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fashionable and conversant with fashion trends
• Must be proficient with internet and social media
• Candidate must live close to the job location: Okota, Lagos.

Salary

• Basic Salary: N100,000.00
• Incentive: N15,000.00
• Bonus: 25,000.00.
