Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support its manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of injection molding processes and hands-on experience operating and maintaining large injection molding machines.

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Salary: 250,000 – 400,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor large injection molding machines.
• Carry out injection molding processes using PE, PET, and PP materials.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve machine and production issues.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Carry out necessary adjustments to optimize production performance.
• Maintain proper records of machine operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Follow established production, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in injection molding or a related manufacturing role.
• Good knowledge of injection molding processes involving PE, PET, and PP materials.
• Hands-on experience operating large injection molding machines.
• Practical experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of workplace safety and production standards.

Salary

250,000 – ?400,000 per month
