Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through excellent sales service.
- This role requires a confident, well-presented, and articulate individual who can represent the company professionally to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Handle negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider team to develop sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to support business growth.
- Assist with any other tasks related to achieving the company’s sales goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Candidates should possess a 4 years of proven experience in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented.
- Must have excellent personal grooming, good presentation skills, and a professional appearance appropriate for client-facing engagements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
