The Company, Pallyshop Discount operates a technology-driven e-commerce marketplace connecting buyers and sellers with various discount-driven offers.The Inventoryand Fulfillment Officer is responsible for executing daily fulfillment and delivery operations, ensuring that customer and subscriber orders are processed, dispatched, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• Receive and review customer orders from the platform.
• Pick, sort, and prepare products for delivery.
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and according to company standards.
• Verify product quantities, quality, and specifications before dispatch.
• Update order status in the company's system.

Delivery Coordination:

• Coordinate daily deliveries with drivers.
• Ensure all dispatched orders reach customers within the agreed timeframe.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, or failed deliveries.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels.
• Conduct routine stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Record stock movements accurately.
• Report low stock levels, damaged products, or inventory discrepancies to the line Manager.
• Ensure products are properly stored and handled.
• Documentation and Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of:

• Orders fulfilled
• Deliveries completed
• Returns and exchanges
• Inventory movements
• Delivery expenses

 Quality Control:

• Inspect products before dispatch to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report damaged, expired, or defective products immediately.

Daily Responsibilities

• Confirm orders received for fulfillment.
• Coordinate product picking and packing.
• Prepare dispatch schedules.
• Monitor delivery execution.
• Update delivery and inventory records.
• Follow up on outstanding deliveries.

Reporting Line:

• Reports To: Business Development and Operations Manager

Required Competencies:

• Basic logistics and inventory management knowledge.

• Record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and order management systems.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
