Role Overview

  • We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Inventory Officer to oversee stock management and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • The ideal candidate will monitor stock levels, track movement of goods, conduct regular stock counts, and support smooth store and warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management on low or overstocked items.
  • Ensure all items are properly tagged, labeled, and stored.
  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to track stock movements.
  • Prepare inventory reports and update the system regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs for stock handling and documentation.
  • Investigate stock variances and provide timely reports.
  • Assist with inventory audits as required.


Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any relevant field (Accounting, Business Admin, Supply Chain, etc. is an added advantage).
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in inventory, storekeeping, or stock management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and record-keeping abilities.
  • Must reside in VI or Lekki for easy commute.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.


Salary Range

N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
