Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Officer to oversee stock management, ensure accurate inventory records, and support efficient warehouse and pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations
• Conduct routine stock counts and periodic audits
• Monitor inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound stock
• Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Collaborate with procurement and operations teams on demand planning
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 2 – 5 years of experience in inventory management
• Prior experience in a health-tech company or pharmacy is highly preferred
• Medication knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
