Job Summary: 

The Inventory/Supply coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the movement, storage, and replenishment of goods within the inventory system. The position is responsible for sales supply coordination and order fulfilment. This position ensures that inventory records are accurate, that stock levels are sufficient to meet demand, and that items are stored in compliance with company policies and safety standards. 

Job description: 

• Manage stock levels and inventory records both on the system and hardcopy and report material stock level appropriately 
• Generate order invoices via the company’s sales Application 
• Coordinate supply of products from sales team and manage the logistics process 
• Assist in documentation control, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) updates 
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and properly recording incoming material stock  
• Coordinate periodic inventory (product and material) audit preparation with the Quality and production team 
• Ensure compliance with safety protocol and standard operation process for products and materials in the storeroom 
• Double check outgoing products with the company invoices to ensure orders are accurately packaged 
• Assist in planning for the product manufacturing for order fulfilment  
• Provide routine reports on inventory, order accuracy, fulfillment rate, etc. 
• Collate periodic order/sales supplies and track returns  
• Ensure the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system 

Job requirement 

• OND, HND, B.Sc. in  Business Administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. 
• 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehouse operations, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment. 
• Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is an added advantage. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems  
• Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and ability to generate and analyse inventory reports. 
• Good organizational and communication skill 
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
