Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Actively source, prospect, and acquire new clients for property sales and investments.
- Conduct presentations, site inspections, and property tours to potential buyers.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Investment Advisory & Relationship Management:
- Educate clients on available real estate products, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Provide professional investment advice tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Leverage digital marketing tools and social media to generate leads.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing strategies.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms of sales, payment plans, and contracts in collaboration with the Legal and Accounts departments.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and present investment proposals to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
Market Research & Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to management for product development and positioning.
- Identify new business opportunities within Abuja and other potential markets.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions and client communications.
- Work with the Accounts team to confirm payment compliance before handing over properties.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Head of Business Development.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Liaise with Legal for contract drafting and review.
- Work with the Operations team to organize property inspections and handovers.
- Support the Media & Creativity team in creating effective sales campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or investment advisory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of Abuja real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Leads Generated – Number of qualified leads sourced monthly.
- Sales Conversion Rate – Percentage of leads converted into paying clients.
- Revenue Contribution – Value of sales closed compared to set targets.
- Client Retention & Referrals – Repeat business and referrals from satisfied clients.
- Timeliness of Reporting – Submission of accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Market Expansion Efforts—New opportunities identified and pursued.
- Departmental Objectives: Increase company revenue and market presence through effective marketing strategies.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly, 50k PIP, and 5% commission on any sales they make
