Job Title: Investment Advisory Head

Location: Jabi Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Lead a team of investment advisors to provide expert guidance on real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and investment prospects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Create detailed investment proposals, financial models, and reports for client presentations.
• Monitor and evaluate investment portfolios to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes, market developments, and economic indicators affecting real estate investments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies and client servicing.
• Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and innovative investment solutions.
• Drive business growth and revenue generation through effective investment advisory services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment advisory or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing investment portfolios and delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to build client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and lead a team of investmentadvisors.
• Highly skilled and experienced Investment Advisory Head to join our dynamic team at DreamCity Real Estate and other Investment Advisory.
