Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee daily operations of server, network, and cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Strategic Planning: Define infrastructure roadmaps and improvement plans to align with company goals.
• Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity measures, data protection, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Team Leadership: Manage IT staff, including recruiting, training, setting expectations, and monitoring performance.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Budgeting & Vendor Relations: Manage annual IT budgets for cost-effectiveness and oversee vendor relationships.

Qualifications
